Mauri is chef-owner Maurizio Bombini’s Italian restaurant on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak, Bali, and celebrated its seventh anniversary in November 2025 with a seven-course dinner. Indonesia’s tourism board describes Southern Italian fine dining shaped by the chef’s Apulian heritage, in a refined but warm room.
The meal is a paced tasting menu, with artisanal cheeses and a pre-dessert as optional additions, and pairings of wine, premium wine or non-alcoholic mocktails. The tiramisu is the signature finale.
