The cooking
Chef Jung Hawan cooks seasonal dishes built on fresh vegetables and herbs. Around 95 percent of the produce comes from his father’s farm, which Michelin places 40 kilometres away, with the rest from selected organic producers. The restaurant also avoids single-use plastics.
