Mume serves European contemporary cooking built on seasonal Taiwanese ingredients, in a relaxed, dimly lit room with a faux-industrial interior in Da’an District. The Michelin Guide says the dishes balance contrasting tastes and textures and are generously garnished with fresh herbs and flowers.

Its inspectors single out the seafood, with seasoning that is precise and thoughtful and lifts the natural flavours.
