The Restaurant

Le Palais is the Cantonese restaurant of the Palais de Chine Hotel, in a dark room that mixes Chinese garden motifs with European palatial glamour. The Michelin Guide praises its Hong Kong chef for refined cooking showing high-flying skill and precision.

The duck is the draw: crispy-skin roast duck made with Cherry Valley ducks from Yilan, and Peking duck served four ways. Dim sum includes dumplings of Chinese spinach and salted egg.

Good to Know
