Hujan Locale
Will Meyrick's upscale take on Indonesian street food, on two floors in central Ubud.
Indonesian street food, polished
Hujan Locale is chef Will Meyrick’s Indonesian restaurant on two floors at Jalan Sri Wedari 5 in Ubud, Bali. The Honeycombers describes an upscale take on the country’s street food, with curries and stir-fries as the stars.
The dishes it highlights are slipper lobster dumplings and steamed ikan bumbu kuning, fish in a yellow spice paste, and signature cocktails are wheeled to the table from a cart. Large plates are made for sharing, and the restaurant is open daily from noon to 10 pm.
