Romito’s Italian simplicity in Beijing
Il Ristorante – Niko Romito is the Italian restaurant at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, directed by Niko Romito, chef patron of Reale in Abruzzo, which holds three Michelin stars. Romito works from Italy and advises executive chef Stefano Nicodemo and chef de cuisine Daniele Ferrari.
His concept preserves simplicity, synthesis and a quest for the quintessence of flavour, and the menu aims to express the culture and elegance of Italian cooking. The restaurant earned a Michelin star in its first Beijing guide and had held it for three consecutive years by the 2022 edition.
