Blackswan
A swan-themed French restaurant in a Shunyi art museum, two Michelin stars.
French cooking beside a swan pond
Blackswan is on the ground floor of the Luohong Art Museum on Capital Airport Road in Shunyi, in an all-white room with feather motifs and decorative curves that looks out on a pond with swans and koi. It was promoted to two Michelin stars in the 2026 guide.
French chef Vianney Massot offers a unique take on traditional Gallic fare using seasonal ingredients. The signature is slow-roasted wild turbot served with two sauces, and the wine list is described as interesting. The head sommelier, Tyler Chen, won the 2026 Sommelier Award.
The location is out of the centre, which suits a long lunch or dinner by the garden. Menus change with the season.
