Arva is the Italian restaurant of Amanpuri on Pansea Beach in Phuket, in a traditional Thai-style wooden house with glass walls framing sea views, between the hotel’s black pool and the sea. The menu covers homemade pasta, risotto, fish and meat, using local seafood and produce, herbs from the hotel garden and ingredients imported from Italy.
