Red Sauce is the Italian restaurant of Rosewood Phuket, with indoor seating and an open-sided terrace overlooking the pool and Emerald Bay, around a large central open kitchen. It is named after the mother sauce of Italian cooking and serves dishes such as panzanella with seared tuna and sea bass crudo.
