JL Studio is Singaporean chef Jimmy Lim’s restaurant on Cunzhong Street in the West District of Taichung, Taiwan, and holds three Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2026. Lim honed his skills in world-famous kitchens, and his single evening set menu pays tribute to his heritage and experience.

The Michelin inspectors describe complex, sophisticated and understated dishes with an element of surprise, in which Singaporean staples such as satay and chilli crab return in new forms and textures that playfully subvert expectations. JL Studio is No. 50 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list.
