Mansion Cuisine by Jingyan
Peking duck over jujube wood and modern Beijing cooking in a remodelled hutong mansion; one Michelin star.
Beijing dishes in a courtyard mansion
Mansion Cuisine by Jingyan occupies a remodelled, high-ceilinged courtyard mansion at 22 Jianchang Hutong in Dongcheng, Beijing, where the view changes with the seasons. It holds one Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Beijing 2026.
Traditional Beijing dishes are given a modern treatment. Peking duck is roasted over jujube wood and, besides the traditional carving, can be served three ways, with crisp skin and juicy meat. The Michelin inspectors also single out seared sea cucumber with Zhangqiu scallion, and the Beijing-themed cocktails.
