Jingji
Reinterpreted royal Beijing cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing; two Michelin stars.
Royal Beijing cooking, reinterpreted
Jingji is on the second floor of The Ritz-Carlton on Jianguo Road in Chaoyang, Beijing, and holds two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Beijing 2026. Its name joins Beijing and Yueji, the city’s official flower, and the kitchen reinterprets traditional royal cuisine.
The two set menus in the main dining room focus on dried seafood, mushrooms and vegetables; the Michelin inspectors recommend the firm-textured braised fish maw in a flavourful broth. Guests who book a private room can customise the menu, and the guide suggests asking for pan-fried chive pockets and stir-fried flatbread strips with cured lamb.
