Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine
The Singapore group's Cantonese flagship in Shanghai, from dim sum to stuffed roast chicken, two Michelin stars.
Black and crystal on East Beijing Road
Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine is the Shanghai dining room of the Singapore-based Imperial Treasure group, on the fourth floor of Yi Feng Galleria, 99 East Beijing Road, in Huangpu, Shanghai. It holds two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai Jiangsu Zhejiang 2026.
The room is dressed in black with plenty of crystal, a fitting frame for a well-made repertoire of dim sum, barbecued meats and seafood under an experienced Hong Kong chef. Michelin singles out scrambled “osmanthus” egg with crabmeat, roast chicken stuffed with glutinous rice and claypot diced chicken with tofu and salted fish, and the walnut sweet soup is a favourite.
