A 109-room design hotel in the Landmark complex in Central, reopened on 1 June 2026 after a redesign by Joyce Wang, with Amber and Sushi Shikon upstairs.
Why we recommend it
With little more than a hundred rooms, this is the more intimate and more contemporary of the two Mandarin Oriental hotels in Central. Joyce Wang, a Hong Kong designer, has given it a residential character drawn from the city's old mansions. It is also one of the strongest addresses for food in Hong Kong: the restaurants on its seventh floor hold seven Michelin stars and a Green Star between them.
The group's original hotel in Central, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, is a few minutes away. The Hong Kong guide covers the city.
Location
The hotel is in the heart of Central, the business and shopping district of Hong Kong Island.
