The cooking
The dining room has an old-Shanghai style, with exposed cement brick, terrazzo floors and murals of women in qipao. The head chef has over 20 years of experience in well-known kitchens. The short menu focuses on Cantonese classics, including barbecued meats, dim sum and seasonal dishes, and the maple leaf cookie with custard filling is a notable dessert, baked to order.
