Cannubi
Italian fine dining at Dusit Thani Bangkok, one Michelin star in 2026.
Cannubi is on the lobby level of Dusit Thani Bangkok, in a two-level space overlooking a nine-storey waterfall. Umberto Bombana curates it, and Executive Italian Chef Andrea Susto leads the kitchen day to day.
The food and room
Italian cooking with classic roots and contemporary technique, with a seasonal à la carte, tasting menus, a set lunch and a white truffle menu, backed by 350-plus wines. The main room uses restored golden teakwood panels from the hotel’s original Benjarong restaurant.
Why it matters
In the 2026 Michelin Guide Thailand it earned one star, the first Italian restaurant in Thailand to do so. For the hotel’s story, read Dusit Thani Bangkok Reopens After a Five-Year Rebuild.
