Hokkien Cuisine is on the third floor of the North Tower of the Chinese Financial Center on Jiaozi Avenue in Wuhou, Chengdu, and holds one Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Selection 2027 for Chengdu. The elegant room has full-length windows, booths and private rooms for parties.
The Fujian-born kitchen team keeps every dish authentic. The Michelin inspectors call the lychee meatballs, deep-fried pork with chopped water chestnut for crunch, a must-try, and praise the Quanzhou speciality of crispy tofu-skin rolls with a five-spice pork filling.
