8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Macau is the third restaurant of Umberto Bombana’s group, a three-Michelin-starred Italian chef. Executive chef Marino D’Antonio leads the kitchen, and Galaxy Macau says it has held a Michelin star for ten consecutive years.
The restaurant presents Italy’s regional traditions, with dishes such as marinated langoustine, tuna tartare and chitarra spaghetti. The interior was newly renovated, the wine collection has over 1,600 labels, and table-side service is part of the experience. Smart casual dress is expected.
