Chef Tam’s Seasons
Tam Kwok Fung's seasonal Cantonese tasting menus at Wynn Palace, built on the 24 solar terms.
Cantonese by the solar calendar
Chef Tam’s Seasons opened at Wynn Palace in 2023 and earned a Michelin star within its first year; it holds two in the 2026 guide. It is the creation of Cantonese master chef Tam Kwok Fung.
The restaurant describes itself as a new-concept Cantonese restaurant blending Eastern and Western influences and adding contemporary technique to traditional cooking. The tasting menu follows the ’24 solar terms’, the traditional Chinese seasonal calendar, with ingredients chosen to match climate changes and designed to balance the five flavours.
The sources consulted do not name dishes or describe the room, so these should be confirmed with the restaurant.
