Shang Palace is on the lower level of Kowloon Shangri-La on Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, in Hong Kong, and holds one Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. The Michelin inspectors call it a reliable favourite for Cantonese classics for more than 40 years, with chandeliers and Sung-style paintings as the backdrop.
Seafood is cooked in many ways: leopard coral grouper can be steamed with ginger and scallion or with shredded pork and mushrooms, or deboned and sautéed with dried tangerine peel and olive-pickled mustard greens.
