The cooking
The restaurant focuses on the connection between Thai cuisine, its people and its culture. Dishes mix traditional family-style cooking with modern twists, and highlights include the signature crab roe and yellow chilli dip with fresh vegetables and fruit, and tom yam served in a siphon.
