Samrub Samrub Thai is run by chef Prin Polsuk, formerly of Nahm, with his wife Thanyaporn “Mint” Jarukittikun. It occupies a renovated white four-storey house on Soi Yommarat in Si Lom.
The food
The tasting menu changes every two months. It draws on traditional Thai recipes and the chefs’ travels, so one season may focus on Isan dishes and another on Southern Thai flavours.
Why it matters
Michelin gives it one star in the 2026 Thailand guide. Bookings are made only through social media.
