IGNIV Bangkok is at The St. Regis Bangkok and is the first location outside Switzerland for Swiss chef Andreas Caminada’s IGNIV. It opened on 9 October 2020, with head chef Arne Riehn leading the kitchen.
The experience
The concept is fine dining built around sharing, with fresh seasonal ingredients and Caminada’s playful style, at lunch and dinner.
Why it matters
It earned its first Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2022, a rare example of a European sharing-table concept succeeding in Bangkok.
