Chef’s Table
Intimate open-kitchen French dining on lebua's 61st floor, two Michelin stars.
Chef’s Table is on the 61st floor of lebua Hotels & Resorts. Chef Vincent Thierry cooks contemporary French gastronomy that centres on the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients, with precise technique and elegant presentation.
The room
It is an intimate, open-kitchen space with a Molteni stove as its centrepiece. Every table has a view of the chefs at work, and guests can talk to them.
Why it matters
It holds two Michelin stars in the 2025 Michelin Guide Thailand and pairs well with its sister room Mezzaluna for a French-leaning evening in the same building.
