Cantonese classics, a delicate twist

Ying Jee Club is a two-storey Cantonese restaurant in the Nexxus Building on Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong, run by ZS Hospitality Group. It holds two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. The kitchen is led by chef Siu Hin-chi, who has cooked for about four decades and became a chef in 1986; the Michelin Guide cites his stuffed chicken wing as a signature.

The Michelin inspectors write that the owner puts resources into sourcing and training rather than promotions. The modern room has marble tables, velvet seats and metallic trim, and the menu brings a delicate twist to Cantonese classics: silky crispy salted chicken, and sautéed lobster with sea whelk, water chestnut and crispy conpoy. There are four private rooms and a bar, and a wide list of international wines.
