Duddell’s
Traditional Cantonese cooking and a programme of art shows in Central; one Michelin star.
Cantonese cooking with an art programme
Duddell’s is on the third floor at 1 Duddell Street in Central, Hong Kong, and holds one Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. The Michelin inspectors write that it is as much about art as food: the venue hosts regular art shows and screenings.
The kitchen serves traditional Cantonese dishes with luxury ingredients. Some need pre-ordering, notably the crispy-skin chicken, over which the chef ladles hot oil more than 300 times for paper-thin skin and silky meat. Fried shrimp shreds with conpoy, egg and bean sprouts are fluffy and aromatic, with fine wok hei.
