Why we recommend it
Capella Hanoi is one of Bill Bensley's most imaginative projects, a hotel conceived as a backstage world of 1920s opera, with costumes, portraits and rich colours throughout. It is playful, intimate and unlike anything else in the city.
Its dining, including the teppanyaki counter Hibana by Koki, adds to the appeal.
Location
The hotel is in the French Quarter, a few minutes' walk from the Opera House and Hoan Kiem Lake.
