Refined Cantonese classics at Four Seasons Macao, with a record of consecutive Michelin stars.
Cantonese classics at Four Seasons
Zi Yat Heen is the Cantonese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, led by executive Chinese chef Charles Cheung, a native Cantonese with over 40 years’ experience. He started at 17 in Hong Kong’s Cantonese restaurants and later trained at East Ocean Gourmet Group under master chef Chung Kam.
The restaurant received one Michelin star for the 14th consecutive year in 2023, and holds one in the 2026 guide. Appetisers include honey-glazed barbecued pork, 15-year Hua Diao drunken chicken and Sichuan-style marinated fresh shrimp, and signature dishes introduced after the 2023 recognition include pan-fried Kagoshima A5 wagyu cubes with a Japanese pumpkin gravy and sautéed star garoupa fillet with haricots verts.
