A dragon-themed Cantonese room at Studio City
Pearl Dragon is the Cantonese restaurant at Studio City Macau and holds one Michelin star. Executive chef Otto Wong cooks Cantonese food with Chaozhou influences and seasonal ingredients, and tea masters perform kung fu tea rituals.
Dishes listed by the resort include Chaozhou marinated Argentine red prawns, chilled seasonal fish with yellow bean sauce, stewed eight treasures chicken in almond soup, and dim sum such as snow crab and vegetable sprout dumplings and pork and aged mandarin peel dumplings.
The room is inspired by a dragon soaring through sea and clouds, with mother-of-pearl walls carved into dragon scales, a golden dragon across the screens and gilded cloud reliefs on the ceiling. Menus change, and the resort runs seasonal tasting events.
