Cantonese classics above Central

Man Wah occupies the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong on Connaught Road, with a skyline view across the harbour district. It holds one Michelin star, and Time Out counts it among the city’s top fine-dining Chinese restaurants.

The room was redesigned by Silverfox Studios, with dark azure tones, brass accents and Chinese embroidered art panels on the walls. The menu was revamped to present Cantonese classics in a more refined style for modern palates, with dim sum served by day. A recent menu included sautéed lobster in a rich superior fish broth and a Hakka-style braised pork belly with taro.

Man Wah suits business lunches and slow dinners where the view matters as much as the food. Menus change, so confirm the current dishes.
