Wing Lei is the Cantonese restaurant at Wynn Macau. Wynn’s own announcement records that it first received two Michelin stars in the guide for 2012, its third consecutive year of Michelin recognition, at a time when only seven Macau restaurants held stars and two of them were at Wynn. It holds two stars in the 2026 guide.
The 2011 announcement credits executive chef Peter Chan with creating Cantonese dishes with flair and innovation, and with spending significant time developing his team. The sources consulted here do not describe the dining room or list dishes, so these are best confirmed with the restaurant.
Chefs and menus have changed since 2011. The restaurant is best understood as a long-standing reference for hotel Cantonese dining in Macau.
