Upper House Residences Bangkok, by Foster + Partners, Due in 2030

Two freehold towers on Wireless Road, 395 units in all, designed by Foster + Partners and developed by City Realty and Swire Properties.

Upper House Residences in Bangkok will open in 2030. Swire Hotels describes the project as its first branded residences and the brand’s debut in Southeast Asia. The architect is Foster + Partners.

The developer is City Dynamic, a 60:40 joint venture between the Thai developer City Realty and Hong Kong’s Swire Properties. The project consists of two freehold towers on Wireless Road, near five-star hotels, shopping, international schools and embassies, with views of Lumphini and Benjakitti parks.

Upper House Residences Bangkok has 52 storeys and 156 units, with interiors by BAR Studio. The second tower, The Wireless Residences by Upper House, has 71 storeys and 239 units, with interiors by PIA Interior. That makes 395 units in all. PLandscape is the landscape architect, GOCO is behind the wellness amenities, and Upper House provides the front-of-house services.

Toby Smith of Swire Hotels called the project “a milestone that heralds a new chapter” for the brand. Thomas Woolsey, co-managing director of City Dynamic, said it builds on Swire’s record of residential projects such as Opus Hong Kong and Eden Singapore. Completion is targeted for 2030.

The project details were reported by EdgeProp.
