Park Hyatt Bangkok Brews an Organic Afternoon Tea with Araksa Tea Garden

Araksa’s organic teas shape a seasonal afternoon tea at Park Hyatt Bangkok.

Park Hyatt Bangkok has teamed up with Araksa Tea Garden for Gentle Ritual Afternoon Tea, a seasonal menu built around the Chiang Mai producer’s organic teas.

Announced on January 16, 2026, the set is served at The Living Room until April 30. Araksa is presented as Thailand’s first tea producer certified organic under both USDA and EU standards, and the menu takes its cue from the company’s tea gardens in the north of the country.

A house blend at the centre

The experience is anchored by a bespoke Park Hyatt Bangkok Blend, which combines White Peony tea with estate-grown Bishop and Sukhothai roses and a light bamboo note. Pastry Chef Fabrizio Zarate has translated several Araksa teas into sweets: a Thai tea creation layers Valrhona Dulcey crémeux with hazelnut praline, an Earl Grey panna cotta is finished with honeycomb and yuzu, and a magnolia and black tea namelaka comes with cinnamon-spiced pear.

The collaboration reflects a broader shift among Bangkok’s luxury hotels, which increasingly turn to Thai producers rather than imported names to give their afternoon teas a clear sense of place. For Araksa, a lounge in one of the city’s leading hotels offers visibility with an international audience that rarely reaches the tea estates of Chiang Mai.
