InterContinental Phuket Resort has been awarded Two Michelin Keys in the 2026 Michelin Guide hotel selection.
IHG highlighted the Phuket property on September 22 as part of a wider set of Michelin Key recognitions across its Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
Phuket’s luxury resort market keeps broadening
The recognition comes at a time of sustained investment in Phuket’s high-end hospitality sector, with established resorts renovating and international brands continuing to add projects around the island and neighbouring Phang Nga.
Michelin Keys are designed to recognise distinctive hotel stays rather than dining alone. InterContinental Phuket’s Two-Key result therefore relates to the overall property experience, including its design, setting and hospitality.
IHG’s 2026 selection also included Asian properties across Regent and Kimpton, illustrating the group’s growing concentration of luxury and lifestyle brands in the region.
