Uma Paro Restaurant
The circular main restaurant of COMO Uma Paro, built around a traditional Bhutanese fireplace.
The Restaurant
The restaurant at COMO Uma Paro is called Bukhari, after the traditional Bhutanese fireplace at the centre of a circular, pavilion-style room. COMO describes modern interpretations of Bhutanese and Western dishes made with fresh, locally sourced produce, with panoramic views of the Paro Valley.
COMO Shambhala Kitchen dishes are nutritionally balanced and draw on local farmers and the resort’s organic garden, with seasonal highlights such as mushrooms, buckwheat and pumpkin. Extensive vegetarian and vegan menus are available.
Good to Know
The set dinner menu changes often. The resort’s own page lists no prices or signature dishes. See Bhutan for the wider picture.
