East Kitchen is the Southeast Asian restaurant of Rosewood Sanya, on the 13th floor overlooking the South China Sea. Its menu includes Vietnamese rice paper rolls, baked sambal mackerel and a Thai-style curry noodle counter with pho and laksa.
