The Fishmonger (Rosewood Sanya)

The Fishmonger is the seafood restaurant of Rosewood Sanya, laid out as a market-style seafood village beside the arrival lobby where guests pick their catch from tanks. Cooking ranges from Chinese-style dishes to sushi, crudo and Asian seafood barbecue, with seafood sourced daily from South China Sea waters.
