Luk Lak
A three-floor Vietnamese restaurant by chef Madame Binh near Hoàn Kiếm, a Bib Gourmand.
Traditional Vietnamese, with a personal stamp
Luk Lak opened in Hanoi in 2018 under chef Madame Binh, spread over three floors on Le Thanh Tong Street. It serves a menu similar to its sister restaurant in Da Nang, with a larger selection and seasonal offerings, and holds a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide Vietnam.
The Michelin inspectors say the chef gives traditional dishes a distinctive character, and single out grilled Sapa pork belly served with a herbal dipping sauce and mắc mật leaves, which cut through the richness. The restaurant is open from early morning to late evening and is listed as good for groups.
It accepts credit cards and offers valet parking. Menus change.
