The Huaiyang Garden
Macau's only starred Huaiyang restaurant, guided by master Zhou Xiaoyan at The Londoner; two Michelin stars.
Macau’s starred Huaiyang table
The Huaiyang Garden is on the second floor of The Londoner in Cotai, Macau, and holds two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. The Michelin Guide calls it the only restaurant in Macau with stars for Huaiyang cuisine; it earned its first in 2023 and its second in 2024. Huaiyang master Zhou Xiaoyan consults, and the head chef, Xiao Fei, is his protégé.
The room follows a Jiangnan garden theme, with perforated screens that imitate the patterned windows of Suzhou architecture. River fish are shipped from the region twice a week for dishes such as stir-fried shrimps with roe and tomalley and Liangxi-style crispy eel, and the inspectors suggest ending with Dingsheng cake filled with dates.
