China Tang
Sir David Tang's refurbished Cantonese restaurant at the Landmark Atrium, newly starred in 2026.
Sir David Tang’s restaurant, restored
China Tang is on the fourth floor of the Landmark Atrium on Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, and entered the Michelin Guide with one star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. Conceived by the late Sir David Tang, it has been refurbished to restore its classy interior, and the menu now adds Beijing and Sichuan dishes to its Cantonese mainstays.
The Michelin inspectors recommend crisp-skinned pipa squab with 35-year-aged tangerine peel, grilled to order, whose citrus notes work with the meat, and sautéed lobster in XO sauce.
