Octavium is the second Hong Kong restaurant of chef Umberto Bombana, on the eighth floor of One Chinachem Central, 22 Des Voeux Road Central, in Central, Hong Kong. Time Out describes the room as having the feel of a private kitchen. It holds two Michelin stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026.
The minimalist dining room, furnished with Italian pieces, is a quiet frame for classic Italian cooking whose craftsmanship, Michelin says, shows the head chef’s Sicilian roots and premium produce. The tasting menu runs to six or eight courses and changes with the seasons, and the house-made pasta, red prawn linguine in particular, is the dish not to miss. Lunch and dinner are served, with optional wine pairings.
