Why we recommend it
With 32 villas on a wide hillside, the resort's defining quality is space and privacy. It is the choice in the south of Bali for travellers who want a pool, a garden and a view of the sea to themselves, with the airport less than half an hour away.
The scale also allows unusual settings for a meal or a treatment: a cave, a pavilion on the rocks, a spa suite alone on the slope. Those who want the island's interior afterwards can move on to the river valleys around Ubud, at Capella Ubud or Amandari.

The resort is on the slopes above Jimbaran Bay, in the south of Bali, less than 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
