Shun Tak cooking and a family story
The Legacy House is the Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor of Rosewood Hong Kong on Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, in Hong Kong, with harbour views, and holds one Michelin star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2026. It pays homage to the hotel’s founding patriarch.
The menu focuses on Shun Tak, or Shunde, dishes such as minced fish soup and pan-fried fish head, and the Michelin inspectors suggest deep-fried milk custard and white sugar pudding for dessert. The restaurant sources directly from local fishermen, artisans and farms, and a dress code applies at dinner.
