Palace Garden
A Chinoiserie-inspired Cantonese restaurant at Grand Lisboa Palace, promoted to one Michelin star in 2026.
An imperial garden in Cotai
Palace Garden is the Cantonese restaurant of Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau and entered the Michelin guide with a star in 2026. The interiors, by Alan Chan Design Company, are described as a contemporary tribute to the Chinoiserie period of China’s trade history, meant to evoke an imperial garden.
The main dining room features Suzhou embroidery, including a 35-metre chrysanthemum mural and custom double-sided embroidered fans. There are five themed private dining rooms, and the signature Li Bai Bar has an immersive installation by artist Yang Yong Liang that combines night views of Macau and Hong Kong with ink-painting cityscapes on digital walls.
The kitchen is described as serving authentic Cantonese cuisine, made by a Michelin-starred chef using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. The sources consulted do not list dishes, so check the current menu before booking.
