Manda de Laos
Four-generation family restaurant of refined Lao dishes around a lotus pond.
Manda de Laos is a Luang Prabang restaurant serving refined Lao dishes for sharing, such as pork rib with kaffir lime and wok-fried buffalo. It stands just outside the heritage zone, around a lotus pond, and has been run by the same family for four generations. The name honours the matriarch Phiew, and “manda” means “mother” in Lao.
