Uzbek cooking in a courtyard house in central Tashkent, open for over 25 years.
Caravan is a Tashkent restaurant serving mainly Uzbek food, with some European dishes, in a private house near the city centre. Signature dishes include plov in several regional styles, manti, qurutob and shashlik. Guests can sit in a shaded courtyard, on the terrace or in a dining room decorated in the style of a traditional Uzbek home. It has operated for more than 25 years and belongs to the Caravan Group.
