Bánh Xèo 76
Corn rolls in a crisp golden skin and Quảng Ngãi-style pancakes cooked over charcoal: a Da Nang Bib Gourmand built on a few dishes.
A charcoal grill at the door
Bánh Xèo 76 is a casual eatery on Lê Văn Hưu Street in the Ngũ Hành Sơn district of Da Nang, on Vietnam’s central coast. A charcoal grill stands at the entrance, where the pork is cooked, and the shop entered Michelin’s Bib Gourmand selection for Vietnam in 2025; it still holds the distinction.
Quảng Ngãi pancakes and corn rolls
The menu stays with a few classic dishes of central Vietnam: crisp bánh xèo pancakes, corn rolls and noodles with grilled pork. The pancakes follow the style of Quảng Ngãi, the province to the south, with a batter of rice and corn flour ground on the premises, and much of the produce also comes from there; they are cooked over charcoal and filled with shrimp, pork and bean sprouts, with plenty of fresh herbs alongside.
The corn rolls, rắm bắp, made from fresh corn in a thin, crisp golden wrapper, are the dish that both Michelin and the local press single out, one calling them the soul of the menu.
