Japanese dining with a counter and a kaiseki room
Mizumi is the Japanese restaurant at Wynn Macau. Wynn’s own materials describe it as the only Michelin two-star Japanese restaurant in Macau; OKYTO’s listing records one star in the 2026 guide, so confirm the current rating before booking.
Guests can sit at the counter, where a chef prepares each course in front of them, or take kaiseki in the main dining room. Ingredients are delivered fresh and prepared to order, and the hotel mentions sea urchin from Hokkaido and tuna from Aomori, with more than 20 varieties of fish, vegetables and fruit. The sake list runs to more than 40 labels.
The room uses white and red, Japan’s national colours, with a yellow steel sculpture at the entrance, a carpet inspired by the obi sash, and antique obi hung on the walls. Menus change by season.
