La Lola
Mediterranean cooking with a local twist, and a new Bib Gourmand.
The Restaurant
La Lola announces itself with a burnt-orange façade and a playful interior. Chef Julio Gomez cooks a Mediterranean-style menu with a local twist, and the Michelin Guide points to two dishes: gambas al ajillo made with Vietnamese prawns, and an Ibérico pork steak.
The Spanish idiom is applied lightly, with local produce replacing imported where it can.
