Why we recommend it
The resort is made up entirely of suites and villas, so even the entry category gives the space that elsewhere has to be paid for as an upgrade. The design is contemporary and calm, with verandas and wide windows, and the choice of places to eat is broad enough for a stay of a week.
Phu Quoc lies beside a UNESCO-designated biosphere reserve. Travellers interested in hotel design can compare the resort with the theatrical JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay at the south of the island.
